You agree not to use VELYONE for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Service Availability
We guarantee 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance. Service credits are provided for any downtime exceeding our SLA.
Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
